[BDC] Customize Dolphin 7 Membership Website

BDC WEBSITE REQUIREMENTS Website: [login to view URL] We have an existing website setup on the Dolphin 7 platform and here is what we need: 1. Under Polling Booth remove "By Admin 03.11.2010 16:34" 2. Remove words “all, men, women” from Featured Members box. There should be only 5 featured Providers 3. Membership types: -[Admin] -Club Member -Provider 4. Registration page for Members (Members click ‘JOIN” button). 5. Add text to top of the Member registration page, (to be provided) 6. Club Member Card to print (open in separate window). Printable card will include member id#, activation date, and member name. 7. Registration page for Providers (Providers click “GET LISTED” button). The information needed from Providers is [registration page details to be provided] 8. The Beauty Market Place: Businesses will pay to have their online store listed. Page will show Business Name, photo, discount and discount code, and description of website. Members will click on link and be directed to these businesses websites. 9. On Provider Search Result Pages: Show results (list of beauty providers) in chosen area. Show list of businesses along w/ basic info. and picture. Button to “click on for more details” about beauty provider (direct visitor to detailed page on beauty provider. 10. On Provider detail page: Include, Business name and contact info, hours of operation, discounts offered, description, photos (should be able to click to enlarge), services available, products available, prices, etc. All information that was required of Provider during registration process will show up on Provider detail page 11. Please change the buttons on the top navigation to Home, Get Listed, Join Beauty Club, Tell a Friend, Polling Booth, & Contact Us. 12. Need separage Member Login | Provider Login 13. Under Find Beauty Provider, remove the word(s) Specific, online only, & with photos only. 14. On the homepage “New Businesses Accepting Beauty Discount Club Member Card” – each time a business signs up, need the last 10 businesses name, city and state to show on homepage 15. Need a Featured Service Provider box on the homepage, Admin will be able to manually select a featured member, homepage will show business name, logo, city, state and link for more info
