Rectify GraphViz .EMF filter missing attributes

The GraphViz drawing tools ([login to view URL]) provide only partial support for the Windows Enhanced Metafile (.EMF) format. Specifically, support for line types and other graphical attributes are not propagated through to the output file. The resulting images contain only the other supported attributes. Review the open source for the tools, identify the unsupported attributes, prepare a patch to the software to rectify the defect, create test cases to verify that all attributes supported in the source that are valid in the output format are implemented, have the patch incorporated into the mainline development code base and provide support through initial release of the patches into public use.
