Hi, I am looking for someone to create a version of the picture attached, but somehow make it different for copyright purposes. It will still have the networking symbol and the notes (diffferent ones) and the bird singing with his eyes closed. However, at least 3 things need to change on it. This icon will need to be drawn from SCRATCH. I do not want any issues with people claiming I have stolen their work. If this did happen, the person responsible would be accountable. I need someone who can create icons from scratch. I will want the icon in a large format, in PSD layered format, so I can edit the colours on all aspects of this bird. I do not want anyone sending me a flat version that I can not edit the colours on. Please keep the same colours for now when creating it. I'd like a few ideas please. It is for a networking website. Reasonable offers only please.
