Joomla Template Design : 3 Mock-up Visuals + Final

I am looking for an artist / graphics person who can design a professional eye-catching beautiful theme/template for a Joomla based website. Initially we would like to see 3 visuals (don't have to be built in joomla but just concept). The adding of content / menu data is not essential for this project, but feel free to quote on this, SEPERATE to your bid on creating the visual/design. The website is about construction chemicals relating to concrete protection. We would like to see your portfolio of example designs and estimate price for this. If we like you we will release full details of the company and competitors that we want the site to look better than. We would need to see 2 visuals by THURSDAY 23RD DECEMBER if you get this project.
