Need 4 writers who are eager to work for $0.4/100 words

I am looking for 4 writers who can jump in once or twice during a week. Most of the assignments deal with rewrites ranging from 300 to 500 words. As of now, I want you to know that I can pay $0.4/100 words after the articles were validated. This generally means anything from almost instantly to not more than 24 hrs. But this generous offer is coupled with some natural expectations: 1. I have nothing against eastern writers as long as they master an undetectable grammar and vocabulary. I am really attentive to this group of writers, unfortunately I had a couple of bad experiences; nevertheless the doors are widely open for them! 2. I am paying great attention to details such as deadline and respecting the requirements of each individual project. Those who cannot cope with the latter two should avoid bidding! 3. There will be no fixed schedule, as my customers can wake up at any hour, asking us to rewrite articles. I need people who can submit articles anytime. 4. Copyscape is an eliminatory criterion.
