I need a web site with this specifications: 1. Web 2.0 look 2. Random quote appears and you clik next and next random quotes appears. (only one quote per page). You can rate the quote from 1 to 5 stars. 3. There is another page that will tell you wich ones are the most ranked like on this site: [login to view URL] 4. there is a button that says: "Submit your quote". (Will need to have email approved only to send the quotes and to accept the conditions). 5. The quotes submitted will appear on the /admin page were I can approve the quote sent or not. 6. Need a clean logo
