Virtual trading website

Build a website that allows users to create an account for free and "guess the close" of certain trading products (like the Dow, Euro, Gold, Oil, etc.) Users who guess correctly are credited virtual dollars. Users will need ability to log into their account and view their history and virtual winnings. There is a scale for winnings, if they are close to guessing the right price, but not exactly, they will receive some smaller amount of virtual dollars. Need software to automatically allocate virtual winnings to users accounts. Need a market leaders list of the top current users. Need a few static graphics. Need a basic forum.
