Flash experts needed

I have a couple of flash tasks in hand which include - 1. a flash template bought from templatemonster to be modified to get me a site with my links, images and content. 2. a flash cms site needing some updates/changes 3. a flash banner, a very very simple one based on an example 4. a flash intro on a particular concept and a few more..
