Setup VPS with cpanel etc

Im currently in the process of buying the "Linode 512" package at [login to view URL] . This is an unmanaged VPS, so I would need someone to install Cpanel/phpmyadmin and if possible tweak the server with some security stuff (if u know how to do that). I was told that the following would probably follow along with Cpanel installation, but in case it's not, I also need that installed. Some specs: • PHP 5 • MySQL • MySQL triggers • MySQL InnoDB engine • Cron • Possibility to use .htaccess, particularly mod_rewrite directives, AddHandler, and an option to switch off mod_security if it is used. • suPHP module or any other method that ensures PHP scripts run under same user as FTP user, or these users share files permissions • Possibility to switch register global, magic_qoutes_gpc, PHP safe mode and session.auto_start off if any of these are on by default, by means of [login to view URL], .htaccess, or at least by submitting the ticket to support, or any other way. Possitibility to switch allow_url_fopen ON if it is off by default • PHP extensions GD, ZIP, MySQL, MbString • sendmail or other appropriate software on server to be configured correctly for PHP mail function to work Budget $30
