SEO ranking needed and with a monthly maintenance

I have 1 article and 1 video that I would like to rank at the top of Google. Each article and video is optimized for a longtail keyword. Example for 1 link: Keyword: Video Optimization Link: [login to view URL] I would like to pay $30 to rank on the 1st page of Google for this term and $10 a month to maintain the link. Therefore if I give you 10 links to rank = $300 and that would be $100 a month to maintain the 10 links. This Bid is for only one keyword and 1 link. So please bid no higher than $30 and please post in the PM your keywords and rankings with your experience. AGAIN THIS BID IS TO RANK 1 LINK FOR 1 KEYWORD ON THE 1ST PAGE OF GOOGLE FOR $30 AND MAINTAIN EACH MONTH $10 PER LINK.
