Need a Simple TEST Script - PHP - Tied in with our Members Area

READ THIS ENTIRE DESCRIPTION. DO NOT GIVE ME A GENERAL RESPONSE OR Private Message, I want to make sure you have READ and understood the project or you will NOT be chosen. ----- We are currently using WISHLIST to manage user access members area for a membership site we have. We need to get a TESTING script made. Here's how it works. Step 1: Member signs up for an account on Wishlist (with our main membership site) Step 2: Using API - the Email carries over to our TEST SCRIPT (hosted on a subdomain) Step 3: Now, user goes into the membership area and can click to take an ASSESSMENT (or test). Step 4: A new small window pops up and they are asked to put their EMAIL address in - as a LOGIN Step 5: They put their email in and since the account in the TEST SCRIPT was created when they joined our membership site, they are allowed in. Step 6: Now, they see a multiple tests in there - that we have put in through the admin Step 7: All tests are MULTIPLE CHOICE Step 8: The tests have 10 questions. Each question will have 3-5 options. Meaning the TEST SCRIPT will randomly pick a question out of 3-5 choices for each of the 10 questions. This way every time the user takes the test, it could be a different test. Step 9: The user takes the test and hits SUBMIT & ANALYZE Step 10: The system SAVES their test results in a central area. Step 11: The system now ANALYZES their test results and sends them an ANALYSIS... Basically, here's how it works. Let's say for Question #1 - The system picks the #2 of the 5 question options. Now, on THAT question the user picks answer (b). Answer b will have a value assigned in the test system - a SENTENCE. Let's assume that the analysis of choice b comes with this sentence: "You are not happy with your life." Now, the user goes to Question #2 - The system picks #1 of the 5 question options. Now, on THAT question the user picks answer (a). Answer a will have a value assigned in the test system - a SENTENCE. The analysis says: "You are not excited to wake up in the morning currently. This means that you need to focus on picking projects or things in your life that excite you." Now - let's assume it was a TWO question test. The ANALYSIS for the user would go back saying: === After reviewing your test results, we have found that the general analysis of your mind and life is as follows: You are not happy with your life. You are not excited to wake up in the morning currently. This means that you need to focus on picking projects or things in your life that excite you. === This script needs to then SAVE the results and allow the user to take the same test in the future again to see if they are improving.
