Logo and Website Design

I'm looking for a graphic designer to design a business logo and a website for my company. I have a clear idea of what I want and am very easy to work with. I'm developing a marketing/consulting company called Indigo Feathers. the company logo should incorporate an indigo feather that will be the running theme through out the website and all company branding. The tag line is "follow your feather" and the "higher calling" for my company is that we create marketing and media design for our customers to match best their "unique individuality"... their "feather". The intial design of the "brand identity" feather and the company logo is priority and then the corresponding website. I would like a price quote on each item individually and all together. Ideally I would like to use Flash elements in the home page of the website. I am just starting up so budget is very minimal.
