Graphic Designer and Programmer for Unreal engine 4 needed

I'm looking for graphic designer to create 3D model with textures of car with weapon ( best machine gun ) in Mad Max style for my game in high quality ( best in quality of models in Next Car Game: Wreckfest or better ). Send me your portfolio and rates and development time estimation for: Car exterior Car interior I need yet somebody with portfolio and rates for visual effects like: dust behind wheels, flash from muzzle, hit decals, damage of car, burning car and car explosion ... Further I need somebody to create realistic terrain from satellite pics in quality of Outerra: Anteworld and import it into Unreal engine 4 ( later I'll need huge terrain of size of Australia in ratio 1:1 so I'm looking for somebody with very effective solution in terms of time and costs ) so I need your portfolio and rates for: Realistic terrain of size 8km x 8km created from satellite pics and imported into UE4 Next I need guy for adding the realistic foliage into the terrain via SpeedTree or other procedurally generated foliage tool so there is no need to create custom foliage models just used existing ones ( later I'll need to add foliage to huge terrain of size of Australia in ratio 1:1 so I'm looking for somebody with very effective solution in terms of time and costs ) so I need your portfolio and rates for: Adding foliage to existing terrain of size 8km x 8km At last I need somebody to add vehicle and weapon control plus working vehicle suspension with realistic physics in quality of BeamNG DRIVE or Outerra: Anteworld or better plus realistic ballistics for the weapon so I need somebody who can handle at least Blueprints but best would be knowledge of Lua and C++ so send me your portfolio and rates for these tasks please.
