Add Photoshop effects to pictures

Please post examples of Photoshop picture effects you have done in the past. I have 18 small pictures that need various Photoshop effects added to them. I have attached the pictures as well as specific instructions for each picture. I included a link to an online tutorial with each picture so you can see the desired effect I am looking for. Each picture is no more then 180px X 180px. You can add extra space if need as some of the effects may need it (like the Realistic Water Reflection effect).
