Twitter page creation - custom avatar, page layout, baground

Trip Renter is in the early stages of developing a social media marketing strategy. As such, we will need a custom avatar designed, which is close to our current logo (see attached), but fits well into the square shape. We will also need a custom background/layout designed as well. A little background about us... We are a web based business that lists vacation rental properties managed by professional property managers. This list is searchable by travelers and will have listings in all parts of the Earth. This update is part of our social media strategy. This will likely be an iterative process, where a number of initial designs are created, and then we go back and forth with refinements. Applicant should be knowledgable in graphic design and social media. I have attached our logo. I have another version without the airplane and trajectory if that helps. Our website is www.triprenter.com. Also, it would be nice to get a .ico version of the avatar, as we will need that for the image the website displays in the tab at the top of an Internet browser.
