WordPress Site Design Upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade the design of my WordPress Theme (For [login to view URL]). I'm currently use StudioPress/Genesis as the foundation for my theme, so I can't change the theme; however I can change the CSS file, which is all I need to do. I'm looking for someone who is experienced in do programming/design for Studio/Press theme if possible.. I'm not happy with the presentation of the site. Below is a link that I like how this site looks: (This theme works with StudioPress Genesis) [login to view URL] A. I would like some to re-design my site using the about link as a guide (I like the 3D background effect, you can change the background color if needed). B. I would like to have the heading re-designed matching the colors of my COMPANY LOGO). C. Redesign the WIDGETS and MENUS to match my LOGO and SITE COLORS (I need something eye catching for colors). D. The font sizes on my blog section is to small, I will like to make it just a little bigger. E. The bullet points are not showing up and needs to be re-done. ** I'm sure you can make all your changes that I need by changing the CSS file. (Let me know if That's not correct) I would like to have this done within 7-days. [login to view URL] is a live site; I would like to copy this site to another domain so you can work on it and not effect shoppers/users. I have space on my server, and I will have you copy the files to a another working domain to do your work. Thank you,
