Hi, I'm looking for an interior designer with experience in retail store design - ladies clothing. Just got this small retail store and it's in need for a complete revamp. A whole new look. Starting from scratch. Target customer: women, youth, fresh, casual (think 18 to 35) Sample items on sale: jeans, tops, casual dresses (this is ground floor) + night dress on 2nd floor I'm looking for something that conveys quality. A store that's inviting, local feel with a touch of class. I'll require (for both floors): - your insights and suggestions in terms of look & space layout - some kind of sketch or model that can be presented to a builder/contractor with details on item layout/location. - good lighting layout To include (can be discussed further): - space for cashier/reception zone - changing rooms - small staff toilet - small store on 2nd floor - stair case to 2nd floor - in-store wall mirrors - in-store wall-posters (for promo offers or model photos) - focal point mannequin for main-clothing piece - display fittings/hangers/tables, etc. - possibly client couch + coffee spot - space for security tag bars by entrance Size of place: 11m depth by 5m width height: ground floor 270cm to ceiling 1st floor: 205cm between floors, block, 28cm ** Please indicate: - why I should select you - recent portfolio samples - have you worked on similar projects? anything in ladies retail store?
