craft site for young children

Outline for my Children’s Craft Site Purpose: to create a site that will make it easy for your children to utilize with minimal assistance from adult icons. Theme:? Rainy day fun...Meaning when there is nothing much to do (particularly when the weather is bad outside) there is always something to do at my website, to include having fun in the rain. Main page.? Character sitting in rain puddle letting rain drops play with their toes. It will be centered so i can put links to other websites. ? I have already created this character.? I just need him perfected in lines and size to pout in my main page. I want raindrops coming down. I will have this project is done incorporate music to the main page with dream weaver. A program I plan to buy after I get my page launched on the internet.? I must be able to edit my page without coming back to you. with Dreamweaver. Inside website: all pages are self explanatory from title on main page.? I creative them already. I need your expertise to fine tune them. I am open for suggestions but I want my original page designs to be basically my creation. You can see my first main page and get an idea what I want you to do. ? The only exception will be icon titled “crafts??, this will link to the craft pages. ? I am all most sure I can do much of this but since this is my first site i want to use someone who is an expert. A lot of the work is already done. I will not be launching my page for access till October since have about 300 projects to add to my website.? Therefore, I have to be sure that when we are finish with my site, I will be able to edit it in Dreamweaver. My music and sounds are not ready for incorporating into my site. i do have a price range that I will not go over.
