Sharepoint Solution Development

We are looking for a SharePoint Technical Consultant that can perform an assessment of a current/active Sharepoint 2010 Implementation for a small organization and provide recommendations for how to optimize/tune the system according to the clients requirements and scale. The current implementation is small in scale with less than 20 sites configured. The deliverable for this project will be to produce the following documentation: 1) Current System Status Document with assessment findings 2) GAP analysis comparing the current system status with Microsoft Best Practice recommendations 3) Itemized and detailed recommended changes that should be made to the system 4) Project plan with time and effort estimation required to implement these changes
