Change look to a website

Hi there, we need a designer who can help us to make the website [login to view URL] look nicer. The layout will remain the same, you are required to change colors, border text... just graphics changes. We need a light graphics, the page must be less than 100KB. Shop area: it's a small website within the portal. 5.1 [login to view URL] 5.2 [login to view URL] (we might add a personalised picture) The perfect candidate: - must autonomously work; - must know CSS, HTML, Adobe suite (flash inclusive), javascript. - is a great designer; - speaks/writes very well either in italian or english. The winner will be favourite for other projects. Thank you
