298691 Need template for web site

We're looking for a new look-and-feel for our web site -- www.ilrg.com. We like the look and feel of Groove -- [login to view URL] We're looking for a designer to create a new template for us based on the Groove template (but sufficiently different so that it is a unique work). We also want a new logo for our web site, as we are attempting to rebrand our web site around the word "LawGo". The final deliverable will be a few header and footer SSI templates along with related graphics and scripts, if needed. Please take a close look at [login to view URL] to understand what we're expecting. We'll need a template with the same degree of complexity, in terms of graphics quality, drop-down menus, etc. We're price sensitive, so please bid accordingly. We are also sensitive to someone who can finish work quickly. We will likely end this project early if someone bids the right amount and can finish quickly.
