Photoshop Design

I have a template that I want to use for a website, the problem is that it is a magento theme and I am using Word Press. I need you to recreate and customize the design in photo shop. This is for the photo shop design of the index and a secondary page only. The design will be exactly like the template, but with a few customization changes. For example, the header will be slightly modified, but I will tell you exactly what I need done. The template has a rotating carousel on the front page and I will need four images created for that. There are also three small banner ads that will need to be re-designed and customized. There are a few additional customizations, but nothing very big. Basically, the design layout and details have already been worked out for the most part...you just need to implement them. There is room for some creativity within four carousel images and the three small banner ads. As you can see, this is a very simple job; however, I am looking for a quality expert in photo shop. I expect high quality work! The budget is $60.00.
