Website design polishing job

Hi all who may be interested, I'm a software developer and have developed a sophisticate system for property sales companies; I'm also ok with front-end design but obviously not very good at it - and that's why I'm here asking for help. The site I'm currently working for my client is at [login to view URL] as you can see I have already got the basic theme and style setup, but there are some feelings that are missing, and after discussing with my client face2face, I've got the following suggestions which I have to ask designers to help out: 1. Background images for the front-page does not fit the "property sales company" style/concept and not HD enough. 2. "About Us" section looks horrible - that was because I put huge texts in it, my client's opinion is this page should be redesigned in a graphic way so it looks much neater and more dynamic. 3. "Buyers Guide" section - same problem as "About Us" - my client decision is to make the "10 steps" mentioned in the page as 10 "virtual pages" in the section. i.e. make a graphic feeling of a book on that page and visitors can view the page by navigating through the "virtual book tabs" 4. "News" and "Blog" section - same "ugly" problem, please feel free to make this 2 sections share the same style but much better looking style please... 5. "Contact Us" section - the page currently looks "Flat", probably adding some good quality pictures or some kind of elements would work? 6. "New Gen" section - currently it is 1 page, we need to add more pages for this section so we need a nice designed navigation bar or widget on this page. ALL tasks mentioned above - I'm just asking for graphic design only, so no more other complex job and I have a tight budget on this.
