WordPress Adsense Site.

Looking for someone who can create a WordPress adsense ready profitable website or blog that makes at least 10 usd daily. This is for ONE site which will be a test case for future work. PLEASE note I am looking for a website which will bring constant clean white hat organic traffic and revenue on the long term. So all of the blackhat, fake traffic and click bidders please do not bid. Domain and hosting: I will register the domain and host the web site (with Cpanel). But domain should be suggested by you. Website terms and conditions: Website should be developed in wordpress. Content of the website should be suggested and written by you. You will be responsible for writing the SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website. I have several wordpress themes ready for use. Site must follow the following: - Any niche except adult, Pharma, violence, gambling & not acceptable sites (By Google Adsense TOS). But I would prefer a niche that has something to do with travel OR technology OR geomarketing. - Contain unique content with at least 50 unique posts/articles that are not published yet. - Must contain related images to niche topic. - All copyrights will belong to me. - Must be original and SEO applied, SEO Marketing as required - Must have high paying keywords for 2011 in site. - Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites, please use white hat SEO which will bring traffic on the long term). - You will be asked to provide details on the strategy used to get traffic. - Must follow Google’s TOS. I don't want to risk an adsense account ban. - Must earn $10 daily or more. - Must use my adsense account and analytics account, and webmaster tool. - Design must be neat and light background and Adsense optimized. Payment: I will pay the bid amount only after I see a constant income in my Adsense account. Payment will be hold for 45 days until I am sure the work has been properly done. No partial payments done. When project gets finish, you will be paid in full. Addition information required before project launch: • Tell me how you grow traffic to website and how it will be consistent regular traffic over the long term (over several months and years). • Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created. The perfect person would be someone who can complete this job properly, is willing to give me a good and fair price and would be willing to work on future projects exactly like this.
