Wholesale shopping cart for existing ecommerce website

I have an almost fully developed wholesale eCommerce marketplace/networking website that I need work done on. I need someone to develop a wholesale shopping cart to add on to what I have now. Here is the issue. My current website: • The checkout, shopping cart, product listing feature is more tailored to a consumer ecommerce web site. Example: The user who is selling something on my web site posts one item at a time and only has ONE pricing option. (For instance think of an ebay seller who lists their one item for one price) Needed solution: • I need the shopping cart/product listing feature for the users to be more specific for WHOLESALE sellers. Example: Users must be able to have features such as minimum order quantities (MOQ) and a RANGE of prices depending on the amount of goods ordered. This website is a user based marketplace; meaning each user has their own storefront and they are selling wholesale items.
