Web Application High Level Design

This project is for HIGH LEVEL SOFTWARE DESIGN ONLY. I have the attached PRD which I need a design for. I need an SRS/HLD document to be written. Desןgn should be handed in a document format in well written English and high level software concepts. Note: Please note the SSA API is not given and you would have to formalize it in any way which seems fit according to the requirements.
