I need a website to market rental listings in Los Angeles, California. All of the properties are by the beach. My current website works, but it's not dynamic, and it doesn't take advantage of the social networks available, can't provide feeds, and is not getting crawled by search engines. I'm looking for something user friendly, intuitive and very functional. I'd like the following tabs: 1. Showing Today - ("showing today" listings should appear on front page) [login to view URL] 3. For Sale 4. Downloads 5. Tips 6. List Your Property 7. Contact 8. Pay Credit Check Fee - (link with paypal) I'd like to be able to push listings onto twitter, myspace, facebook etc
