One of my websites is looking a bit dated, so I am looking to have it completley refreshed and brought up-to-date. The bidder must include the following as part of the bid. - The new site MUST meet all WC3 standards and pass all validation tests for errors. - The new site MUST be SEO optimized for each individual page (and include a correct sitemap) I am looking for a professional design, but I'm open to suggestion on the design type. I will definitely give preference to a bidder if he/she can provide a one-page mockup design for me to see. See attachment for further details.
