Tools Requirement: - Online Portal for usability tests, integrated with online payment forms: the customer makes the purchase through the site, select the number of participants who will answer the test, the profile of these participants and test category (more details on the categories below). After the customer selects a category, it should fill out the field: the test mission and the tester´s mindset. This information will appear to the tester to inform him the context and the mission it must completed. -Testers Database: testers should be registered in a database with data on gender, age, experience with technology (medium and high), location and device. - Recording software: As a visitor subscribe as a tester, a software must be installed. This software should capture the test data and send it to the server. The Plugin (software) must contain 2 means of data collection: o Screencapture: When starting the test, the plugin should load the URL to be tested and the screen of the tester should be recorded throughout the test. o Audio: Before the participant click start test, the plugin should give him a chance to test the microphone. The test cannot be started if the tester´s microphone is not active. - Data Storage in a server: The upload should be done quickly since the success message sending and completion of the test depends on it. - Tester´s Control PanelThe tester must have access to a restricted area with jobs available for your profile. Ali should have the option to apply the tests and perform them. Furthermore, it is important that he view the tests already carried out, which were approved and jobs to be invoiced / paid. - Customer´s Control Panel: a customer purchasing the test should have access to a restricted area where it can be viewed the tests already purchased and download the results reports. - Evaluator's Control Panel profile where we have access to tests and can evaluate them according to the methodology.
