Small php application needed - Project budget tracker

Hello, looking for a coder to code a simple web php application that will be used by me. I need it to have a backend only with the following options: 1. Option to add client 2. option to add project and assign it to client 3. Option to enter details about the client and about the project 4. Option to add assets needed to each project from a list of assests 5. Option to write the budget for the project and the expected cost 6. Option to add expenses to each project and a description + link to the relevant assest that made the expense. 7. Option to create a price offer and track it's status - have a screen of price offers and their status 8. Option to create an invoice for a client based on what he owes, and to edit manualy + option to attach an image / pdf to each invoice 9. Option to add hosting accounts management = add new hosting client, add hosting plans, assign hosting plan to the client, have a reoccuring invoice created for each client after a period of time passed. 10. Have a page for all the invoices + option to sort them with a status filter, client filter and date filter 11. Have a domain name manager - domain name, set experation date, paint in red if not renewed this year yet and coming to 30 days before exparation, option to assign domain name to client 12. Reports page - shows the total for clients / projects That's about it, it doesn't have to be a "pretty" system, will be used only by me. I don't mind if you use half made opensource systems... It's important it has all the options mentioned + works good + Won't be expensive. Please read all of the instruction, and PM me with examples. I will host the script on my server.
