What's included within the bid?
Design
I will design you a high quality professional website that we can both be proud of, the website will be designed and developed to give users the confidence to use your website. I use only the highest quality images that have a high resolution to give a sharp professional feel to the website. It is also important that we have plenty of information about your company on the website in order to give potential customers to use your services.
Flash - Optional
I will design and develop you a high resolution flash animation that will inspire users to look around the website.
Layout
I will develop a navigation system that will allow users to navigate your site with ease. This is very important in keeping visitors on your site, if they get frustrated on where to go they will look elsewhere.
Database /
The website will be designed using a secure online database that will store the sites information. There will be an admin section (see below) for you to control your website. The database will be developed using PHP and Mysql and have a Content Management System. The database will also record all transactions of the website on a secure database, helpful if you want a list of customers you want to send emails to them with your latest offers.
Content Management System - If you do not want this then that is no problem. I just tend to make them as standard nowadays.
The website will have a custom built CMS, you will log in to your admin section of the website and use the editor (works like a standard word processor, like Microsoft Word) to update pages of your website. You will be able add or change images and text, also style the text etc to whatever color and style you like. You will also get a list of styles already in use on your website, so if you produce some more text on your site it can be the same style and this will help keep the high standard of the site.
Admin Section
Once the site has been finished you will be given a link, user name and password, select the link and login in using the details given to you and you will gain access to the admin section of your site. You will then be able to change anything on the website using our CMS. This way you can control the content of your website, you will have access to your customer’s accounts where you will be able to change anything you are not happy with or that needs changing. From the admin section you will also be able to download a
report of transactions on the website in order for you to keep a record.
Search
Users will be able to do a quick search for any product or service you may offer, or use an advance search to narrow there search down. Users will be able to navigate through your products with ease.
Web Hosting (optional can use your existing account although I would prefer to move over to my hosting for ease of use, plus my hosting comes with everything and more that the site will need. I will also offer complete UNLIMITED PRO hosting with is by far the best hosting of our deal.
