Two Quick Edit Inserts into short video

This is an easy job for someone who knows how to do a basic quick edit to an existing video while preserving the quality of the existing film as much as possible. You must have your own video editing and rendering software. We will provide no software, only the original video and the two edit .jpg files. I need (2) two quick edits made at my direction into a .avi twelve minute film. The edits will be two .jpg files that I will provide (no audio) into the existing video. Then the video needs to be recreated (rendered) into a complete video to include the two edits. The output should be .avi, or .flv format and must be able to play on web or any media player that supports those file types. The original file is approx 35mb. You will receive the file and return the file upon completion in a dropbox.
