flash Integration (action script)

I have a website [login to view URL] which still left out something small here. 1.) when i click the cirlce, the “contents here” (which i have highlighted in my sample) shld change. 2.) when i click on the "contents here" the popup shld come out like this [login to view URL] (*this is in a separate swf for each title) 3.) when i mouseover the navigation menu button (below the circle), the circle shld rotate n the related circle will b in the front. 4.) each of the CIRCLE shld remain an individual fla/swf file which means we are able to do animation later. 5.) The circle shld b remain draggable as how it is now.
