Simple iPhone Proof of Concept

I need a Simple iPhone App that will be a proof of concept for potential additional programming projects. 1. Gather from the user an input from any of three sources: a short audio recording, a picture from the camera, or a typed memo. 2. Post the recorded input to Amazon Web Services S3 datastore. You will be provided with AWS credentials. 3. Post a record to Amazon Web Services SimpleDB with to URI of the S3 records, and basic metadata from the iPhone (User, Location, etc). The developer may use any of the available AWS APIs to accomplish the task. Lowest bid would be preferred Timeframe: 2-3 Days Max
