Okay this is what I need. I need a site that allows anybody to signup for a free email address and supplies with them "x" amount for storage space. I need all of this automatic within the coding of the site itself. There will be rotating advertisements on the site that I need to be able to edit easily. Make sure you know how to implement rotating banner scripts. Think of a gmail, yahoo, but not so cluttered. I want someone with some good design and ideas to make this site appealing to people to sign up for a free email address. I will provide the unlimited hosting account and domain.
