Poker Website Theme change, CSS and PHP expert wanted

I need a CSS and PHP expert and Logo / Website designer to help me changing the look of this website: [login to view URL] You do not need to change the content at all, just the looks, mainly CSS revision. The finished version need to look completely different from the current one, but even nicer. In addition, you will need to make a customized NEW LOGO for this site. Responsibility: 1. Change the theme and Look of the Site ( according to [login to view URL] ), i will provide FTP access. 2. Make a customized LOGO for the new site, you will need to provide the PSD file later on. P,S: When you change the theme, you can use this site as your reference: [login to view URL] for example, you can use their background img, button and navigation design, as you can see, they have a really nice background design, with glass effect button design, the logo is also nicely done, the logo I wanted is sth fancy on the Poker word, not on the chip word. My budget is $50 - $100 for this project.
