Invision Power Board Editing Required

Please review the IPB @ [login to view URL] as you can see there is a header that stays fixed. But i have some problems: - The header is not always there, if you login for example the forum goes full-screen. This needs to be fixed via point 2: - I don't want the header to be fixed, i want it to scroll like on any other page of the website. - Some of the text is white on a white/nearly white background. So i need this fixed either by changing the background or the text colour where necessary. - The banner at the top is unecessarily large, considering there is a logo in the header, so edit the top of the forum so that the actual content is nearer the top, by removing the logo or reducing it's size, and anything else in that area. - If possible, remove the 'warn status' and 'date joined' from the left side of each post made, under the avatar. Each post takes up too much room.
