emailing potential leads

This project is to get new potential clients to be initially interested in a service of marketing for their business: - I will instruct you how to generate lists of few thousends potential clients. - I will provide you 2 email templates. You will send the first email to the list of potential clients. For the ones that get back to you, you will send the second email which is much more detailed. - Those who will be interested in the service detailed in the second email you will forward to me. - I will pay you $5 for every such email you send me. - Minimum payment is $30 and maximum is $100 per week, for the first week. When I verify that the leads are good the maximum will increase to $300 per week.
