Need a news website design

No fake bids allow. This is the project for a news webpage. I need a XHTML and CSS validated template, must be manually write from XHTML and must not a simple CUT using photoshop or cut using dreamwaver. I need a XHTML structure that I can put into my code and loop it for more contents. I will require you to send a example of previous designs/demo to me through PMs. Description: The site template design need to be professional. I need a template that look like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] . Write asdsf*js in your bid. The main color stream is RED and WHITE. I more on minimalistic, so please try to minimize images, large images are not recommended. The template must be work on all main browsers. The template must be in 950px width fixed. The CSS code must writen in 3 pieces: Typography (font type, font color, everything about fonts), Screen (contain the format [floats, aligns]) and style (the color for divs, div styleing). Try to use CSS framework if you are familiar. This project is for front page of the news webpage. The template must be content oriented (focus more on content, images). You can see the template of Msnbc or Times, the content is very COMPACT and CLEAR. Please allocate ads spaces (standard sizes). The front page contains: 1/ Top 5 highlighted news 2/ Newest news in x category (there will be more than 10 so please allocate space for a loop here) 3/ Weather 4/ Stocks 5/ Ads 6/ the 10 most readed news for 2 days. 7/ Hot line fone number 8/ Latest update date and time for the whole webpage. 9/ 1 newest gallery (user click this will go to the gallery page of this gallery, this is for the next project) 10/ header and footer that will contain company infos and a little ads on header 11/ Category links 12/ Menus Lowest bid and best demo will get the project ( your demo must be in XHTML since i will want to see how you write XHTML ). There are 5 diffrent page that you will need to design for this project, Currently this is the first one that I need. So the winning bidder might get the job for the next 5 projects. BE CREATIVE!
