I have an 11 minute audio file that needs to be cleaned up. It is a recording made over Skype. The levels for the other speaker are too high, causing a lot of scratching in the audio stream. I need this removed with minimal loss of voice quality. I also need it done in 24 hours. I have not been able to upload a copy of the file for inspection.
