This is a web page that give users exercises to complete everyday. The user completes the exercises by entering text. The user input is saved securely in their own database and can be retrieved by the user search. User accounts will be free for a trial and then charged on a monthly basis. I think PHP is best for this but I am open to other suggestions. I am attaching detailed flow chart and instructions in .FLA format. Please review carefully before submitting a bid. This is the 2nd time this project has been attempted, the first programmer failed. So I will only take experienced programmers in this area.
