Wordpress Modification Programming (Gabfire Theme)

I have a GabFire themed WP template. And I am need of a Wordpress guru who can do (quickly) the following mods: Change bg color, change fonts, allow image links, and modify layout. 1.) BG Color and Fonts: Tweak CSS to change background of sections (from lt blue to white) and change some fonts. 2.) Home Page Images: Code/create a custom field within post that will allow linked (url) image to appear on home page (auto thumbnailed for specific sections). Right now, for images to appear on home page, they have to uploaded to server. We want linked images -- far less time consuming. 3.) Modify Layout: Edit code for layout of a few sections that will show thumbnails next to headline. We have exact layout. Simple and clean. 4.) Edit footer: Change from black to white background. And from 3 columns to 5 columns which will allow me to place link widgets in these sections - for a 5 column footer of links. This is a fairly simple project and it needs to be done fast.
