Classifieds Website

Hi, I want to find someone who can make me a classifieds site including backdoor for admin, administration features for private posters and administration features for companies. Mainly the functionality of the site will be as follow: - The visitors can see the ads with full information using the search criteria. - The private posters must registrate first to put an ad. Only an ad per phone number in the same category (ex. cars) will be allowed. Will be an option to post more than an ad by payment or by referring a friend. After registration the user have to log in and fill the form with all details about the car including photos. The similar way will be used for the companies but not paying for each ad. For companies will be a subscription fee.
