Wordpress Experts - Please bid

I need someone who is well versed in wordpress and customization of wordpress to make some changes to my already existing wordpress theme. You can view the theme here. [login to view URL] Here is what i need done. 1. scroll all the way to the bottom and wait for about 7 seconds and see how the scrollbar pops you back up a few inches up the page? Need that fixed. 2. also do you see the "JAVASCRIPT CODE HERE" to the left of the page when you scroll down? Need that fixed. 3. I would like the them enlarged a bit. 4. also if you go here [login to view URL] and scroll down you can see how the sidebar with the recent articles pops over to the left. 5. I would like to be able to set up the rotating images to link to a particular part of my site if clicked on. 6. I would like to create categories that drop down. For example. If you see the 7. If you click on one of the categories you can see there are excerpts of all the posts for that category. I would like to have the option to display a picture with the excerpt. 8. if you scroll to the bottom of shit site and see the feedback system [login to view URL] where they can leave thumbs up or down. I would like something similar. 9. I would like my left sidebar made larger. 10. I would like my navigation header made smaller and not so prominent. And also the header space smaller. I know most of these things are very simple, so please quote accordingly.
