iPhone application - offering stock tips

Hi, I need a relatively simple iPhone application designed. It would have to have an information page showing the tip (Buy/Sell/Hold), current stock price, a chart of the stocks price (just an image would suffice), simple information such as 52 week high etc and some text. Basicially a miniature version of this page ([login to view URL]) in an app. I need a way to update the information easily and as it will be updated regularly, it needs to be organised. By region (USA, UK, EU, Asia, etc) and then by date/stock within those regions. The very basic application is needed at first, and may be upgraded in the future to include interactive charts, stock search etc. I have uploaded an example of what it could look like (text missing). Please let me know your bid and estimated completion time for such a project.
