Expert designer for redesign: Bring me from 1.0 to 2.0

I am looking for a web designer, not just a web developer. If design and graphical design is your strong point, this is the project for you. If you are a strong developer but lack aesthetic ability, lets save ourselves the frustration. I have a nice website, however I need a COMPLETE REDESIGN of the layout, colors, navigation, and headers to make it more interactive, ad more features, and have the most current 2010 design principles. I want to make sure social media is integrated, a forum, blog, articles, search, newsletter, rotating polls on pages, and live chat. Strong calls to action are needed.
