50 Page HTML Website Design and Development Required

Our company intends to move our business into additional markets and wishes to have a new HTML website developed based loosely of one of our existing sites. The content will be very similar but the new design and site structure must be reflect a strong focus on SEO and usability. The primary goals of the site are to inform potential customers of our products/services and converting visits to sales inquiries. The site will have approx 50 pages with an open structure that can be modified as required by our in house staff on an ongoing basis. If CSS is used we would prefer only one style sheet be used that applies to all pages (unless you can convince us otherwise) and we would expect good "commented out" descriptions in clear English for all CSS and HTML code. Your bid should include the following; • Design of the site and a logo for the name of the site. • Build and development to the above specs. • Add content (text, tables and images) we will provide these. • Ensure site will be W3C DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict compliant Please include samples of your work with your bit.
