Iphone App Application for employment agency revised

Hi We are a recruitment agency and a competitor has come up with something rather good. We need to have something at least as good, hopefully better. The application is at [login to view URL] Essentiallly it allows people to choose jobs from a small range of grades (consultant, middle grade, junior grade), main specialites (medicine / surgery), minor specialties( renal medicine/ paediatric surgery), and location (miles from a postcode, or a region). They need to be able to specify dates, or just add to a calander. They need to be able to send us the details, and to be able to login to see any details / messages we have for them. There will be a page to send their payslips to, and they will be able to browse those. Any great ideas will be appreciated. There needs to be a client version, whereby clients can put in requirements and see our database. There will be x 4 different versions for 4 different recruitment agencies - [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Should aslo run on Android. People should have facility to get iphone approval. There will be access to data at this end using mysql, and availability inforamtion in standard calendering format. Regards Peter
