This is a simple Excel/VBA project, the end purpose of which is to publish which engineer to site details in the desired format.
Overview:
Excel document which four project managers open from their PCs locally that interacts with a document on Share Point. Site details get imported from a specific (but generic) tracker format and include Site Number, Site Name, Date of installation, Project. The details get populated in a list on SP and the project managers use a user friendly form to select up to three data and up to three power engineers from a list. The completed list gets exported in a certain schedule format.
Scope:
Main excel document on SP, excel docs for the four PMs connected to the main one through SP. Import from trackers/export to schedule capabilities.
Should not take more than 2-3 days for an experienced VBA/EXCEL developer.
