Job Search Engine. with media software

What I need or require: I am currenty looking for a company to develope my Job Search Engine. With this I will need the Web site, database and the media needed to run on the web site developed. I will discuss further the media over the phone if possible. I would like to have an NDA signed before speaking further about the media portion. I have attached the NDA, please fill out, scann and resend to me. What I already have versus what the provider will deliver: What I have is basically, a concept with a team behind me to run the business once it is developed. What I do not have is teh ability to have it made. The media or software is the entire selling point to the job search engine. Without it it would be a plain old job search engine. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: I have had alot of quotes and am well aware of the hours needed to complete this project. It is not a small project. Therefore I know it will take some time. I have several other estimates that I am extremely un happy with. I was adviced to look in to iver sea countries and I did so and am extremely interested in talkin with you. Specific expertise/background that I am seeking: I am seking a person who can develope all three core functions needed...web site, database and software. I also want to make sure this database is secure... i do not want someone getting the code to any of this. Security is essential.
